easily damaged during shipping. If an item does arrive damaged or with parts

parts as soon as possible (if available).
Or for small package shipments, (non-LTL) we can file a damage claim on
your behalf and refund your purchase once the item has been picked up by UPS

- Do not let the
truck drivers pressure you into signing the BOL (delivery paperwork)
before you fully inspect the merchandise. Make them wait while you inspect
it. When you sign for delivery, even if the package appears only slightly
damaged, please write "Package Damaged." If the package looks
significantly damaged, please refuse delivery. In this case, please notify
us so that we can expect the return shipment. Once the package returns to
us we will send you a new one right away. PLEASE NOTE: IF DAMAGE IS
NOT NOTED ON THE DELIVERY PAPERWORK, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST IN
FILING A CLAIM ON YOUR BEHALF. YOU
WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING THE CLAIM DIRECTLY WITH THE CARRIER
- If your order has been shipped by freight truck, you will receive notification with the PRO number so that you can track your shipment. If your order is shipping to a residential address, the carrier will call ahead of time to set up a delivery appointment. If the address is commercial, then the carrier will deliver your order between 8 am and 5 pm. IF A DELIVERY APPOINTMENT IS MADE AND NOT KEPT, OR IF SOMEONE IS NOT AVAILABLE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY AT A COMMERCIAL ADDRESS DURING BUSINESS HOURS, THEN ADDITIONAL REDELIVERY FEES WILL BE ASSESSED. If delivery cannot be made, and the item is returned, original and return shipping charges will apply.
- If you have
already accepted the package and notice missing or damaged parts, please
contact the carrier immediately. If the item has been signed for
free and clear, it is unlikely that a damage claim can be filed, but we
would be happy to assist you with any contact information etc if you wish
to pursue a claim for damage that was not noted at the time of delivery.
- If you are
unable to file a claim, but wish to receive touch-up paint or replacement
parts, we would be happy to assist you with obtaining those from the
manufacturer if possible.
Additional costs may be incurred by you for this.
- After a claim is
made, if you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, you can
return the item under our standard return policy.
- If your product
has a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or,
if necessary, the entire unit. We may ask you to work with the
manufacturer direct in some cases for quickest resolution.
- We select only
the most reliable, highest quality products and the most reputable
manufacturers to work with. If you have any issues or questions, please
orders of $99 or more* (Most Items 48 States and also Some Products to Canada
will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method
possible. When your order ships we will notify you via email. Included in your
email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track
your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can
provide an estimated delivery date. Be sure to contact us if anything seems
unusual with the progress of the shipment. You can also track your packages via
My Account. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.
- We will ship smaller, lighter items via UPS or USPS. Depending on how close
you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 6
business days (1 to 10 business days for USPS) after it leaves the warehouse.
We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the
decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the
delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to
do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with
"No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking
number on the note.
- Many items on our website are too large or heavy to ship via UPS or USPS, so
they are shipped via Truck Freight. Truck Freight is different than standard
UPS or USPS. Once your merchandise arrives at the delivery agent's local
terminal, the agent will call you to set up a 2- to 4-hour appointment for
delivery. Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows between 8:00
A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
you choose Truck Delivery, or your item is too large to ship via UPS, your
items will be delivered to the driveway or curb outside of your address. It is
Self Service. You will need to move the package from the curb into your home or
garage. You may want a friend or family member on hand for help.
- Once your order
arrives in the area, a representative from the shipping company will call
you to arrange a 2- to 4-hour window for delivery. IF THERE HAVE BEEN ANY CHANGES IN YOUR
PHONE NUMBER PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY so that you may be reached to
schedule delivery. If you cannot be
reached, your shipment may be turned around and incur return shipping
costs. In addition, if you establish a delivery time with the carrier, and fail to be available for that delivery time, redelivery fees will be incurred.

Inspection: Please make sure that you inspect the packages carefully at
the time of delivery. Do not let the truck drivers pressure you into
signing the BOL before you fully inspect the merchandise. Make them wait
while you inspect it. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason
you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please write,
"Product Damaged" clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks
you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be
easy to take care of the problem.
PLEASE NOTE: IF DAMAGE IS NOT NOTED ON THE DELIVERY PAPERWORK, WE
WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST IN FILING A CLAIM ON YOUR BEHALF. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR FILING THE
CLAIM DIRECTLY WITH THE CARRIER YOURSELF.
If damage is severe, please refuse the shipment to be returned to
the sender and notify us immediately.
If there is slight damage to the shipping container/box, please
note that on the paperwork, so that if there is any concealed damage, we
can hold the shipper responsible.
If you did note the damage at the time of delivery on the
paperwork, please let us know right away so that we can assist you in
filing a claim with the shipper.
Please note that we only have about 24 hours to file these claims,
so it is imperative that you notify us immediately of any damage
sustained. If you sign for the item
free and clear, without noting damage on the paperwork, any damage claim
will be your responsibility.
Will My Order Arrive?

different factors. Some warehouses stock items that can be shipped the same day

Small Package shipments within the United States, delivery usually takes
between 1 and 6 business days (except for USPS which ships in 1-10 business
days) after your order is shipped from the warehouse. You should remember that
the estimated Lead Time still applies before the item ships out. Be sure to

Truck Freight shipments, delivery usually takes between 3 and 6 days from when
your order ships. For residential deliveries, you will be contacted for an
appointment as soon as your order arrives at the local terminal. For commercial
deliveries, no appointment will be made. If you need to make one, please
